Website Analytics services for business

2017. Squarespace released new analytics app

The new Squarespace Analytics app for iOS and Android offers access to key insights and website analytics from anywhere, at any time, making it even easier to incorporate analytics into daily workflows. The app presents rich and detailed business metrics in a clean, easy-to-use dashboard, reimagined for smaller screens. Check key metrics at a glance and drill down into more granular views to uncover actionable insights. Newly added metrics provide the full range of our desktop analytics in the convenience of a mobile app. You can view more historical data with an updated date picker, which now includes new time frames and the ability to set custom date ranges.

2014. Duda unveils own Website Analytics

A short while ago, Duda introduced new statistics interface. It was Google Analytics free version, which is a good service. However when you have a large amount of data, Google only uses a small percentage of the overall stats to calculate the final results. While this works fine to give you a statistically valid estimate, when you start drilling down into detailed reports you can occasionally end up with misleading results. Another shortcoming is that some requests take a long time to calculate. The new solution is hosted by Duda and the service stores all the data and runs all the calculations internally. This is faster because it’s tuned specifically for our system and more accurate because it does not rely on a sample of the data but instead uses all of it.

2014. Zoho CRM adds Google AdWords integration, website and social media analytics

Zoho announced the biggest CRM update ever - Zoho CRM Plus. It allows to connect your Google AdWords account to Zoho CRM account so all your data-driven insights are in one place. Thus you’ll be able to close the loop between your online spending and your offline conversions. Another new feature - Zoho SalesIQ provides real-time website visitor intelligence for sales and marketing teams, enabling them to engage visitors, qualify and get them into the sales funnel. Unlike traditional website analytics that focus on aggregate visitor data, Zoho SalesIQ provides intelligence at the individual visitor level. And the third new feature - Zoho Social - provides actionable insights for marketers and companies who want to increase their social media engagement with better content, real-time monitoring and advanced analytics. Zoho CRM Plus is available for $50 per user per month.

2014. StatCounter launched apps for iOS and Android

Website analytics service StatCounter launched mobile apps for iOS and Android. You just enter your username and password in the app and view an array of familiar StatCounter reports. You can compare your traffic trends for this week versus last week, examine recent visitors, view your most popular pages, check where your traffic came from, and much more. The app is free, but contains in-app ads, which can be removed at any point simply by upgrading your StatCounter account to a paid plan.

2014. Google Analytics is available on iPhone

More than two years after releasing Google Analytics for Android, Google released a version of Google Analytics for the iPhone. The app lets users check in on their website analytics — including real-time visitor reports — from the comfort of their smartphone. In addition to real-time and time-based reports, the app can be used to view behaviors, conversions and more. The UI aesthetic matches the other Google apps for iOS. The app also takes advantage of the sign-in features in Gmail, Google+ and the standard Google app for iOS. Google Analytics for iPhone is not optimized for the iPad, however. Hopefully iPad support will be added in a future update.
