2019. Zoho Sites gets new Style Editor

Zoho Sites is taking customization to the next level with a tool that rolls design, flexibility, and simplicity into one. With our new Style Editor, the developers have ensured every element comes with its own set of customizable design tools, empowering you to take full control of your site design. Initially, this level of design customization could only be done using the CSS editor, which requires technical knowledge. But unless you have a web designer on staff, it doesn’t make financial sense to hire one to tweak only a couple of elements. Now you don’t have to depend on anyone but yourself to create the most intricate style customizations. The Style Editor provides options to customize the background, typography, border, shadow, and spacing of every element on your page.

2011. Adobe launched website building tool Muse

Adobe's newest product, Muse, hopes to make life even easier for designers–specifically ones working in more traditional mediums who are being tapped to take on more web-based projects–as an ultra-simplified, graphically focused tool for making websites. Muse’s biggest selling point is that designers don’t have to learn code like HTML, CSS, or Javascript to break through the barrier of designing for the Internet. Adobe's another website builder Dreamweaver is more functional than Muse as it allows creating any website element by means of code adding and editing. However, this requires coding skills. Muse is quite another matter. It can be used by people with no programming skills at all or by those, who are aware of web design basics. It’s much simpler to reach decent result here, which makes Muse efficacy much hire for 90% of users. Both systems come with the in-built FTP manager, which makes it possible to upload the readymade website to the hosting.
