Simultaneously, larger companies have shifted towards more comprehensive CX platforms, leaving GetSatisfaction with a changing landscape. Notably, UserVoice, the main competitor of GetSatisfaction, has recently refocused its efforts on providing product feedback management software for growing SaaS companies.


2020. Customer experience platform Sprinklr raises $200M



Sprinklr is in the process of raising $200 million with a valuation of $2.7 billion for its customer experience platform. 2014. Sprinklr acquired three social management services this year



Sprinklr, a leading provider of social media management tools, has recently acquired Branderati, a highly targeted advocacy influencer platform. This acquisition marks Sprinklr's third strategic purchase within a span of approximately six months. In February, Sprinklr acquired Dachis Group, a social analytics company, consolidating its position as the largest independent end-to-end social relationship platform available in the market. Just last month, the company acquired TBG Digital, an organization recognized as a pioneer in corporate advertising on Facebook and Twitter. This acquisition was aimed at expanding Sprinklr's influence across various social media platforms. Now, with the acquisition of Branderati, Sprinklr gains access to a company that specializes in identifying a brand's most passionate "advocate influencers" and leveraging those relationships to foster brand advocacy and loyalty, taking it to the next level.


2014. Socialbakers acquires EdgeRank Checker to improve its Facebook social analytics



Social media analytics provider Socialbakers has acquired the social analytics app for Facebook's News Feed called EdgeRank Checker. EdgeRank Checker empowers social marketers with valuable insights into Facebook's News Feed, allowing brands to track news feed engagement by analyzing their content's performance over time, across different industries and locations. As one of the early adopters of Facebook's real-time insights API, EdgeRank Checker has played a significant role since its discreet launch in early 2012. Following the acquisition, Socialbakers affirms that EdgeRank Checker will remain available as a self-serve product and will be incorporated as a module in an upcoming version of Socialbakers Analytics.
