Percolate vs Sprinklr in our news:

2020. Customer experience platform Sprinklr raises $200M

Sprinklr is raising $200 million on a $2.7 billion valuation for its customer experience platform. Customer experience management is now having the kind of growth that CRM has had in the past. The company has 1,000 clients, some spending millions of dollars a year. They currently have 1,900 employees in 25 offices around the world. Sprinklr has a unique opportunity to lead a Customer Experience Management market that’s already massive — and growing — as enterprises continue to realize the urgent need to put CXM at the heart of their digital transformation strategy

2015. Social media marketing service Percolate raised $40M

Percolate, the service which allow marketers to find and publish content on social networks, has raised $40 million in Series C funding. The company says the average Fortune 500 business uses 50 different pieces of software throughout the marketing process, and Percolate offers a single platform for managing all of that. That includes tools for planning a marketing campaign, creating a brief to guide that campaign, coordinating the campaign within teams and with external partners, pushing that campaign across areas like email and search (and of course social media), and finally for monitoring the campaign and determining how well it performs over time. With the new funding Percolate will expand its presence in US, as well as open new offices in Europe, Asia and Latin America.

2015. Sprinklr acquired social customer support service Get Satisfaction

Sprinklr, the social media management provider, is buying Get Satisfaction, makers of a platform that lets businesses connect with customers online and get feedback on their sites. Get Satisfaction will be integrated into Sprinklr’s bigger cloud-based social media management business — dubbed “Experience Cloud” — which helps businesses track individuals wherever they are leaving feedback about a business, be it on social media sites or directly on their own websites, covering about 25 different potential feedback channels in all. But it is also a bolt-on acquisition of sorts: today Get Satisfaction already works with 1,000 businesses, Sprinklr says, with customers including P&G, Rabobank, SugarCRM and Service Rocket.

2014. Sprinklr acquired three social management services this year

Sprinklr, the provider of social media management tools, has acquired highly targeted advocacy influencer platform, Branderati. The deal marks Sprinklr's third acquisition in about six months. In February, Sprinklr bought Dachis Group, a social analytics company, and formed the largest independent end-to-end social relationship platform in the market. And just last month it bought TBG Digital, a company that considers itself a pioneer of corporate advertising on Facebook and Twitter. The acquisition was designed to amplify Sprinklr’s reach across social media. Now it's bought Branderati, a company that boasts that it helps brands identify their most passionate “advocate influencers” and take those relationships to the next level to drive brand advocacy and loyalty.
