Oracle has announced its acquisition of NetSuite for an estimated amount of $9.3 billion. As per a statement by Oracle CEO Mark Hurd, both Oracle and NetSuite's cloud service offerings, targeting enterprise customers, will continue to operate and coexist in the marketplace indefinitely.
