Threadbox to Google Wave: All ingenious is simple

Threadbox
Do you still remember Google Wave? This is the super-service which is going to change the world. Why it hasn't done this yet? Because it's too complicated, so bugs will be being fixed for a long time and people will need more time to learn how to work with it. Google Wave was introduced as an alternative to Email. Instead of cumbersome email-correspondence all messages are located on the same page. Great idea, but first, the creators underestimated the people's affection to e-mail, and secondly, they overloaded this page with too many features. Unlike Google Wave, Threadbox is going to be simpler and works perfectly together with the e-mail.

Threadbox, as well as Google Wave, allows you to create a single page (thread = wave), where you can invite employees or customers and collaborate with them: add messages, files, tasks and events. But you can also work with this page in your email-client. When someone responds to your message - you will receive the e-mail notification. And you can simply reply by e-mail - and your message will appear in the thread. If you attach a file, it will also become available to the thread participants. You can even start the new threads by sending email.

If you and your co-workers are on the thread online, you can communicate like in chat - all comments and new content appear in real time (ok, not so real as in Google Wave).

Google Wave
It should be noted that a week ago Google Wave also added email-notification about wave updates. But there is no possibility to send message or file back to the wave.

By the way, Threadbox - is a new business version of the popular consumer service CC: Betty, which works in the same way. Now Threadbox is in beta version and offers free accounts.
