Todoist
Todoist lets you manage your tasks anywhere. At home. At school. At work. Online. Offline. And on 13 platforms and devices. Collaborate on shared tasks. Access tasks everywhere.
Comparing Nozbe vs Todoist is like comparing apples to oranges. Because your business is unique and nobody except you can decide, which is better for your company. But we can add some fun to your research and suggest some new comparison parameters.

Ok, now let's compare the UI. Looks like Todoist has more user-friendly interface than Nozbe because it's bigger. At least on our screenshots

Looks like Todoist was recently more active than Nozbe (at least in our news). We also found some news, in which Nozbe and Todoist meet head to head:

2014 - ToDoist Karma will motivate you to achieve your goals to win over Nozbe

Todoist Karma is your personal KPI that tracks your task management progress and visually displays it in colorful, easy to read graphs based on daily and weekly trends. From now it's available for iOS and Android  devices, as well as Todoist’s other platforms like Gmail, Windows, or Google Chrome. Now, you can set goals regarding the number of tasks you want to complete either daily or weekly– reaching your goals will significantly increase your Karma. Todoist will track how many days/weeks you’ve attained your goals, and achieving ongoing “streaks” will result in substantial positive Karma. Besides Todoist Karma added support for Facebook, Twitter and Google+ so that you can show off your Karma whenever, and wherever you feel most motivated.

2012 - Nozbe Desktop is available for Mac and Windows. Todoist should better react

Nozbe is finally launching our desktop application for Mac and Windows. Thanks to Nozbe for Desktop, both Mac and Windows users will be able to install Nozbe on their computers and get things done a lot faster even when they are not connected to the Internet. It’s a totally redesigned user interface for Nozbe with flows and ideas. The native app is just faster, it works offline (without internet connection), and thanks to the fact that you have your local app, you have a copy of your most important stuff on your computer. The Nozbe developers say that the app will be free forever as well as iPhone, iPad and Android apps. But you need the Nozbe subscription to sync your data between your apps.
